We often give items to students in our training classes, both for snowcat/winter survival as well as our tower safety & rescue certification courses. From old school bomber jackets or tactical bags in our snowcat classes to backpacks and bolt bags in our safety at height training, we do attempt to provide something for the student to walk away with. Of course it isn’t always possible, due to changes in production, availability and the effort to find a new item that we feel our students will enjoy.
This year it looks like we will be offering a new jacket to our students attending our regularly scheduled open enrollment snowcat training courses.
This softshell tactical jacket has a fully waterproof shell and concealed collar soft hood. Lightweight and non-bulky, the jacket sports elastic cuffs with Velcro® cinch, two front zippered slash pockets, a forearm right-sleeve pocket, a shoulder left-sleeve pocket and four inch loop Velcro® swatches on each shoulder to accept hook-backed patches. 100% Polyester. Coyote Brown.
