Customer appreciation is a two way street. We appreciate our clients and the knowledge that we are sending them home with skills they need to do their jobs safer. We appreciate their referrals to other people in the industry who one may may have a need for our training as well. We also appreciate the kind words, like these sent to us from a happy customer who attended a Safety One Training Standard Climber Safety & Rescue Certification course a few months ago:
“You’ll be happy to know I finally got to make use of my tower certification and actually made three climbs on my first outing, including a mono-pole. I have to say I felt more confident and comfortable than I thought I would, largely due to the quality of training I received from your organization. While some re-familiarization with equipment and processes was required because of the time that had transpired, I was quite happy with how things went. I should also mention my satisfaction with the selection of equipment I purchased, which is a testament to your training as well. As someone who has a limited budget and is totally new to the tower industry, knowing just the right amount and type of equipment to safely navigate their unique environment can be challenging.
