Tighten adjusting nuts until steering bands affect the rolling resistance of the vehicle. Loosen adjusting nuts one full turn, or until bands no longer affect the rolling resistance of the vehicle.

Remove the master cylinder cap and fill the cylinder with type SAE 70 RI heavy-duty brake fluid. Replace cap to avoid contamination or loss of fluid during bleeding operation.
